All services provided by the online shop for the customer are carried out exclusively on the basis of the following general terms and conditions in the version valid when the contract is concluded. Deviating regulations are only valid if they have been individually agreed between the online shop and the customer.

 

Conclusion of contract

 

The offers of the online shop on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods in the online shop.

By ordering the desired goods on the Internet, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The online shop confirms receipt of the order immediately after receipt of the order at the latest. The order confirmation as well as the receipt of an order by telephone do not yet constitute a legal business acceptance on our part. We only accept the offer when we bring the goods to you for dispatch. You will receive a written confirmation of dispatch by email within 10 days (see dispatch time in § 4). However, the customer is bound to his offer for a maximum of 7 days.

The subject of the contract is the goods ordered by the customer. Regarding the condition, the article differs from the picture because it is living goods.

 

Right of withdrawal

 

You have the right to cancel this contract within 1 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 1 day from day 1; In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (for example a letter sent by post or e-mail).

 

Consequences of the recall

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheap standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

 

Delivery

 

All items will be shipped immediately, provided they are in stock. Due to live goods, Sundays and public holidays as well as weather extremes are taken into account.
